Free returns on all orders within Europe within 60 days from purchase.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps below in the ‘make a return’ section. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour or an item of the same price. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Please note that Maap cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
No returns on sale items for change of mind.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to organise a refund or exchange where appropriate.
